I am the founder of a unique transport company in the global freight market. I give the opportunity to the drivers of our company to work with a free schedule. We do not have obligatory convoys and other nonsense, drivers on their own vehicles are engaged in cargo transportation. We have our own dispatch service, from where each driver receives daily orders. They can accept, reject, or ignore orders. The company is registered in the USA, but our priority is to hire Russian-speaking drivers.
