4. Regardless of rank, all drivers must treat each other with respect.

5. As every driver is a representative of our company, it is required that everyone drives professionally to display a positive image of our company.

6. If an aggressive driver attempts to mess with a driver, that driver is expected to employ defensive driving tactics and avoid the situation. Under absolutely no circumstances is it acceptable for a representative of our company to "get revenge."

10. Promotions are earned. Drivers who actively ask for promotions will be denied the opportunity of being offered them.
