We value professionalism as it leads to quality service. It is essential to maintain a friendly and respectful attitude towards other drivers within the company as well as our clients.
2. Monthly Driving Requirement:
As an active driver, you are expected to drive a minimum of 10,000 km per month for the company. This requirement helps us maintain productivity and ensures your active participation.
3. Company Tag Usage:
While working for MVP Transport Corporation, it is mandatory to display the company's tag, "MVP Trans Corp," during your working hours. This helps in identifying you as part of our team.
4. Convoy Participation:
Joining at least one convoy weekly is encouraged. During convoys, it is important to listen to the convoy leader and follow their instructions. This promotes teamwork and unity among our drivers.
5. Leave of Absence Reporting:
If you need to be absent for a couple of weeks, it is essential to fill out a report in the "#leaveofabsence" channel on Discord. Please provide the start and end dates of your leave. We understand that you might have personal reasons for your absence, and no further explanation is required. However, failure to report your absence may result in a warning, demotion, or even dismissal from the company due to inactivity.
6. Safe and Responsible Driving:
Your safety, as well as the safety of others on the road, is of utmost importance to us. Please adhere to the following guidelines:
7. Observe and obey speed limits. Reduce speed during poor road and weather conditions. (The maximum speed limit is 100 km/h with Trucksbook Client. Exceeding this limit will result in the delivery not being counted by the company, as it will be automatically flagged as a race. We provide recommended settings on Discord to help you stay within this limit and avoid such incidents. Please be cautious.)
8. Avoid taking unnecessary risks such as cutting off other drivers, making sudden lane changes, or running yellow lights.
9. When in doubt, yield the right-of-way and let the other driver go first.
10. Refrain from driving when you are tired, upset, or unwell, as it can impair your driving abilities. Your well-being is crucial to us.
