also note that we do have a minimum driver experience of 2 years either driving in the game or in real life and that we have a minimum of 15,000 miles a month and 25,000 a month if you are management we do hire company drivers and owner operators

requirements:
be 18+
have a working headset with mic
have at least 2 years of driving experience in the game or in real life (for owner operators)
have discord
be active in the discord
have trucksbook
no race miles
drive the same in the game as you would in real life
meet the miles requirement for what your position in the company is
be respectful at all times
all issues bring to the managers or the owner
have the Rollin 389 mod (the real one from Joel Collins not the one off the free sites)
have the black hawk lowboy trailer from ATS trucks and trailers reviews as this trailer is our primary trailer
always have fun
come into the company discord for an interview
talk to the owner in order to get your company paint skin (after you have already been hired )
listen to your bosses (rather its a manager or the company owner
if you EVER have an issue with someone that is a driver for Flawless Heavy Haul PLEASE bring it to the attention of the company owner or a manager and LET THEM HANDLE IT any disrespect will result in firing AFTER ONE WARNING
