We are humbled for all the hard works and enthusiasm that our employees put everyday. Even though, we have a few things we would like all of us to follow:

1. Wilson is the Godfather of this very company. We respect him greatly. Any kind of disrespect to our beloved Wilson will not be tolerated.

2. The company treasures every one of it's employees. Each and every one is equal in the eyes of father Wilson. Yet, to run a successful company, we need to follow an hierarchy of positions. If any one is having any problems, contact the superiors.

3. Our father, Wilson, used to love and respect every one. And that goes the same here in our company. We expect every one of you to love and respect everyone else. Abusing a fellow employee or any one outside our company will lead to dismissal of the particular person.

4. Here at WSTC, we do not view trucking as a job. We see trucking as a passion. This helps us push our company to success. We expect this from every one of its employees. We look forward to maintaining a steady delivery schedule of 1000km every day by each of our employees, freshers excluded.

5. Communication is the key to success. Here at WSTC, we hope to have large convoys and much more. Communicate your ways to join our convoys and share your problems regarding any trucking issues. We are eager to help you out.
