2. Quotas are not enforced but be somewhat active so we don't have to enforce them.
2.1 Only quota is get more than 69 miles in a month it's not hard. Just do a delivery from San Francisco to L.A. and that's all it takes.

4. Attending convoys is not mandatory but if you miss more than 3 in a row when it is obvious you could make it can result in a warning all the way up to kick, depending on rank.
