Here at HMT, we are employee driven. What that means to us, is we do everything we can to make our employees happy and satisfied with working for us.
We are Focused on high mileage runs, It is not a requirement but we do incentives for the employee that has the most miles at the end of the month. We want every single employee of ours to have a good time and enjoy his/her time working with us. We are very laid back and enjoy driving with our employees as well. So if you want a bunch of us delivering product with one another we can make that happen! If you cant get a load from the town you're in, Leave it up to our dispatchers to get you taken care of!
