Premessa fondamentale per tutti i nuovi candidati: l'azienda nasce con un duplice scopo, partecipare attivamente alle classifiche facendo gruppo e divertirsi assieme.
Di conseguenza, il raggiungimento del limite mensile fissato in 30.000 km, è obbligatorio.

Di seguito i punti cardine del nostro regolamento aziendale:

1) RISPETTO ed EDUCAZIONE: sono la base per poter entrare in VTC. Non si accettano minimamente comportamenti scorretti, maleducazione, membri superiori ad altri, insulti e tutto ciò che non sia educato e rispettoso nei confronti dei membri già presenti in azienda.

2) ETÀ MINIMA: L' età minima per poter accedere alla VTC è fissata a 18 anni.

3) MODALITÀ DI ASSUNZIONE E COLLOQUIO: È fondamentale, prima di completare il processo di assunzione, poter tenere un colloquio vocale con ogni candidato. Non saranno prese in considerazione richieste di assunzione senza prima essersi presentati in chat vocale attraverso il nostro canale discord. Tutte le candidature, se non accompagnate da un colloquio conoscitivo vocale, saranno automaticamente rigettate da uno dei nostri membri entro 24H.

4) DLC: requisito non fondamentale, ma preferibile. Ovviamente, non possedere tutti i DLC potrebbe penalizzare in vista di convogli e/o viaggi in compagnia.

5) VELOCITÀ: Si viaggia in modalità reale, partecipando quindi alla classifica reale. Di conseguenza il limite max é 100 km/h. Tuttavia, sarebbe preferibile impostare progressivamente la velocità.

6) CONVOGLIO: È molto importante presentarsi in orario per un convoglio. Durante un convoglio (aziendale o esterno) è obbligatorio l'uso di un camion con livrea aziendale.

7) CAMION: Obbligatorio un camion che sia munito di cambio con retarder. Non è obbligatoria la livrea per la guida in solitaria. Come detto al punto 6, è obbligatoria in convoglio.

Here are the key points of our company regulation:

1) RESPECT and EDUCATION: Respect and education are the basis for entering VTC. We do not accept any misconduct, rudeness, members superior to others, insults and anything that is not polite and respectful towards members already present in the company.

2) MINIMUM AGE: The minimum age to access the VTC is set at 18.

3) RECRUITMENT AND INTERVIEW PROCEDURES: It is fundamental, before completing the recruitment process, to be able to hold a voice interview with each candidate. Applications for employment will not be considered without first introducing yourself in voice chat through our discord channel. All applications, if not accompanied by a cognitive vocal interview, will be automatically rejected by one of our members within 24H.

4) DLC: not a fundamental requirement, but preferable. Obviously, not having all the DLCs could penalize in view of convoys and / or trips in the company.

5) SPEED: You travel in real mode, thus participating in the real ranking. Consequently the maximum limit is 100 km / h. However, it would be preferable to set the speed progressively.

6) CONVOY: It is very important to show up on time for a convoy. During a convoy (company or external) the use of a truck with company livery is mandatory.

7) TRUCK: Mandatory a truck that is equipped with a change with retarder. The livery for solo driving is not compulsory. As mentioned in point 6, it is mandatory in convoy.
