Here are a list of rules for every new employee in the Mallard Group:

1. No one is allowed to or encourage rebellion against any authority, whether authority is the owner/management of The Mallard Group or even (in higher authority) Trucksbook management/owners, etc.
2. All employees must be screened before hire (screening as in reviewing your Steam Profile, which CANNOT be private, checking your TruckersMP account, which is required for hiring). This is all done to ensure the safety of The Mallard Group and its employees.
3. If there is a conflict between any employee in this company (whether it occurs in the Discord Channel or in the TrucksBook Company Mallard TSI) , you are REQUIRED to report the matter to me within 12hrs of the offense. You must provide documentation, (such as: Images of chat text) to be able to have the matter verified and taken into account.
4. No employee can have more than 1 (one) ban before hire
5. If an employee receives a ban while operation under the authority of Mallard TSI, Management reserves the right to put them on probation. If more are received, then a write-up, leading to termination, depending on the severity, will be determined.
6. All employees are required to follow all rules of TrucksBook's Terms of Service/Use, Privacy Policy, and etc. provided by TrucksBook Management.
7. Any questions that anyone has concerning Human Resources can be presented in the Discord Channel provided
8. All drivers are required to be respectful and honest through all of their time at the Mallard Group
9. No driver will be fired for any reason which is unfair or unlawful; all drivers have the right to enjoy a safe environment at the Mallard Group, Mallard TSI, and any of its facilities and subsidiaries.
10. All drivers have the right to communicate with the Mallard Group Management through the Discord Server provided.
