The company rules are as states:
1. Absolutely, no bullying If any person is found bullying or any harsh words that management feel is punishable it will be dealt with accordingly, in most cases this can be instant dismissal from the VTC.
2. Always keep your speed below 60mph, Also known as 100KMPH for anyone using KMPH.
3. When in a convoy, No overtaking the convoy Leaders (the person who sits at the front) if this occurs you will get a warning,
4. Must at all times carry the company colours and regulations
5. Must have MP tag as “ OMST” at all times and in the colour red.
6. We have a strike system in place, 3 strikes (written warning, verbal warning, dismissal)
7. We require 1k km's a month.
8. You MUST have trucksbook- this logs your jobs for us.
9. When doing convoys you must always go together to the same place no splitting off to different places, you can leave earlier if you wanted but please be at the same destination and start point.
10. Skins must be deleted if you decide to leave the company we will not accept you to have a skin straight away!
