Gameplay Rules:
To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience, set clear gameplay rules that all members must follow. These rules should cover in-game behavior, convoy conduct, and company expectations.

Minimum age to join us is 18 Years old.

General Conduct

Respect: All members must treat each other with respect. Harassment, racism, sexism, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated. Language: Keep language appropriate and avoid excessive swearing. Remember that members may be of all ages. Spam: Avoid spamming text, images, or links in any channel.


In-Game Conduct

Realism:
Follow realistic driving practices, including obeying traffic laws, using turn signals, and driving at appropriate speeds. No Ramming: Intentionally ramming into other players or NPCs is strictly prohibited. No Hacking or Cheating: Any form of hacking or cheating, including modifying the game to gain an unfair advantage, is prohibited. Load Security: Make sure your loads are secured and do not create hazards for other players on the road.
Use your speed limiter ingame (90 km/h) and don't drive faster then 99 km/h downhill.
Trucksbook logs your speed and if you race miles on more then 3 jobs you will be removed as a driver at Nordan Transport

Convoy Rules

Convoy Communication: All participants must be in the designated voice channel during convoys. Punctuality: Be on time for convoy departures. If you are late, you may cordinate with the other people to meet up further up ahead.. Leader Instructions: Follow the convoy Hosters instructions at all times. Spacing: Maintain a safe distance between trucks to prevent accidents. Overtaking: Overtaking is only allowed when instructed by the convoy leader or in emergencies. Breakdowns: If you experience a breakdown, move your truck to the side of the road and notify the convoy leader. @Nordan Transport Verified

Activity and Participation

Inactivity: Members who are inactive for more than 30 days without notice may be removed from the VTC. Event Participation: Regular participation in convoys and events is encouraged. Those who consistently miss events without valid reasons may face consequences. Reporting Issues: Report any issues, such as rule violations or conflicts, to the moderators or admins promptly.

Penalties

Warnings: Minor rule violations will result in a warning. Temporary Ban: Repeated or serious violations may result in a temporary ban from the server. Permanent Ban: Severe misconduct, such as cheating or harassment and speeding, will result in a permanent ban.
You will get a warning every time you log a job on race miles, and removed as a driver after 3 warnings.
It is expected for you guys to read thru these. Failure to do so may Result in a Punishment

If you get a race miles, abandon the cargo/job.


If you have a problem in the company, send a message to staff or the owner to try resolve the issue first before leaving.
We don't want people to leave the company.
We want to try to operate Nordan Transport AS as a real company.
