Rules for Horizon Trucking are subject to change at any time. They are as follows:-

1. ATS speed limit is 75 mph. DO NOT go past 80 mph. The ETS2 speed limit is 56 kph. DO NOT go past 100 kph. The Set Speed Limit Rule will be enforced if too many people get into Race Mode. Race Mode will not go toward the Company Miles, only to you. The Company will only count the Real Mode. That goes for Both ATS & ETS2.

2. The Lead Truck or Pilot Car will set the cruise speed when everyone is rolling together. If you can not handle the set cruise speed let the lead truck know and let him/her know what speed you can handle driving at. If you are the lead truck or pilot car please call out Turns, slowing, stopping, crashes, oncoming traffic says how many, if they are in the same company say convoy oncoming small or large. (Only for convoys and oversized loads)

3. Recruits will have to fill out a driver training form after they do 10 loads. After they are done, you will be given the role of 'trainee' and will have to complete 10 loads with a Road Supervisor. Once all 10 loads are complete, you will have 1 more load to do with the 2 Company owners. Once that load is complete, Management will have a meeting to talk about how you did. If deemed suitable, you will become a driver.

4. All Members of Horizon Trucking are equal and shall not be discriminated against based on sex, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, or any other discriminatory factor.

5. Representatives and Managers were promoted to their position because we recognize their ability to lead and resolve conflict in the community. They are to be respected and their decision on any matter, whether you agree with it or not, is to be respected. They are the ones who assist with server issues and have the final say in community matters. Their decision is final.

6. No member regardless of position or nature shall disrespect or talk down to another member.

7. Do not argue. Do not try to settle conflicts with one another in public rooms. If it involved another member and involves a company problem, inform Management and they can assist with the problem.

8. ANY member who shares private conversations or data about another member will receive a 2-week convoy ban, and their positions will be re-evaluated. Depending on the severity of the breach of privacy, some members may be removed from the company.

9. Bullying and/or Harassing is NOT acceptable. If you feel as though you are being bullied or harassed, contact an owner immediately.

10. Be active and know where you are supposed to be, and what you are supposed to be doing.

11. When a convoy starts, make sure you are in the respective discord room, and make sure to sign up with the convoy lead so they can log you for the convoy.

12. Community members are required to have 1500 miles per month to be classed as active. If you fail to keep up with this standard, let someone in management know, and we can help you. Failure to communicate with us can lead to you possibly being relieved of your duties.

13. Dual Clanning: You are allowed to be a member of another Trucking Community, however, if you reach the rank of management in one, you cannot reach the rank of management in the other.
