Welcome to Richardson Trucking LLC!

Here at Richardson Trucking we are a very relaxed groups of guys that don't ask much out of our drivers. There are a few simple rules that I will list here. I will also list the roles of all the employees within in this company.

Rules:
- Must be apart of the discord channel. The channel is listed at the bottom of this page so upon being hired, please join. It is a requirement so we can communicate easily within the company.
- We like to have fun here but it is a requirement within the TruckersMP servers that our drivers follow all the rules of the roads and are respectful to other drivers. If you have any problems with any other drivers while on the TruckersMP servers please take their name and company name( if accessible ) then report to one of the management drivers in the discord channel. We will take care of the issue.
- All drivers must have 5000 REAL miles logged by the end of each month. If you have any race miles or do not make the required 5000 miles you will be given one warning. If it continues to happen, you will be let go from the company. 5000 miles is not at all hard to accomplish in a months time. Race miles begin at 81 mph. Do not hit 81 mph or else your whole trip will be converted to race miles.

Within this company there are driver roles. There is an Owner, Co-Owner, Managers, Dispatchers and Drivers. Upon being hired you will be known as a driver. You will have a 60 day period of being a driver. In those 2 months if you hit your miles, have no complaints from any other employee or driver in the servers and do not log any race miles, you will be promoted to Dispatcher. This will allow you to dispatch your own loads. Being a driver feel free to ask a manager or dispatcher in the discord to dispatch you a load if you can't find anything to haul. We will be happy to help!
