Welcome to Fat Man Express! Here we are a community of gamers, drivers and streamers. Some with Real Life, Local or OTR Experience. Other's play this game for the love of it! No matter who you are it don't matter, you are welcome! And we also encourage you to part take in convoys with other companies and communities. You will also find we don't restrict truck paints, or brands. We were Founded on February 14th, 2020 by IronheadSD. Our Base of Operation's are located out of Sioux Falls, SD.

You will NOT be required to run a minimum amount of miles. So do not feel as though you will be a dead weight to the company. We understand at times Life does happen, or other games may gain your interest for a said amount of time. You are always welcome to stay and continue being a part of FME. 

You will be brought in through our Trucksbook side first. You will submit an app on the VTLOG side of our Company. But it will remain pending for at minimum for 2 weeks, for further review, to see if you will be a fit for out VTLOG Division. 

We hope to have you in both Trucksbook and VTLOG, since that is a joint venture between Real and Race Divisions. But we understand that VTLog is not for everyone. But we hope to have you in both, because it helps show how well of drivers members of FME really are.

Below we have some of our rules. We are not Tough on our Drivers by any means. We just want to ensure we are making strides to be the most Respected, Friendliest, Dedicated, Safest VTC on the road today!   

RULES

We ask that your Username on TruckersMP side Lists FME and the number you are in the company. The number 61 is already taken by the owner. So for example as follows: FME/61- IronheadSD. If you are a streamer I ask for you to put TTV at the end of your name so we know for reference who is streaming.

In the ingame tag in bright colors must have FAT MAN EXPRESS in the tag in front of your name. 

Be Mindful of all TMP and Company Rules at all times!

Have no more than 2 Bans within a years time. You may be asked to show your TMP ban information. 

No VTC Hoppers will be allowed into the VTC until they can prove that they can have stability of at least at minimum of 6 Months at another VTC. A VTC Hopper is someone who jumps from VTC to VTC in a short time frame. Often 3 or more VTC's within a 6 month time frame. Worst we've seen in a 2 year period, is 39 VTC's. Do not be that Driver!

Do NOT Poach or attempt to Poach Drivers from Partnership VTC's.

Should you have issues with other Partner VTC drivers, reach out to an Executive team member. And also see more defined rule in Discord about how to handle these types of situations. 

Be at least 16 Years of Age or Older. 

During Events and Convoy's. Run trucks that have been REQUIRED for said event. Such as Company Colors/Paint Scheme, or certain Company Show Trucks. All information regarding said trucks will be available to you in the Discord prior to the event. 

Feel free to run whatever truck/paint you choose otherwise outside of what is stated above in the previous rule.

In Regards to VTLOG. Once you dip to -$75,000 in total income for a month, or overall, you will temporarily be Suspended from the VTLOG side of the VTC. Over the course of the following 2 weeks to 1 month, you will be evaluated on your performance to determine when you can be brought back into the VTLOG side. You will NOT be removed from FME.

Should you join another VTLOG company in that time frame, without discussing it with an Executive Team member,  you will be removed from the VTC completly.
