General Rules

1) All drivers and staff must follow ALL TruckersMP Rules. Any Violation will result in disciplinary action and will be at the discretion of RGN Transport Management. Certain exceptions are given when in company convoys.

2) Show respect to ALL members of RGN Transport and the RGN Teamspeak. If you have an issue with another member, bring it to the attention of RGN Gaming Administrator with disgression.

Driving Rules

1) All drivers and staff must not exceed 75 MPH in ATS ( Multiplayer only )

2) Traffic lights are to be treated as like in real life. ( More information will be given by our driver training staff )

3) Lanes must be held at all times

4) Indicators/blinkers must be used

5) Respect the use of other drivers that may be around you at all times.

6) Turn on headlights or you will be kicked from MP Truckers after 20s.

7) Trucks must keep between 50-100 meters distance between you and the person in front of you to avoid collisions due to disconnects, lag, etc.

8) NO RAMING OR HORSEPLAY (Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination.)

Company Policy

In this section, I’d like to discuss how we present ourselves amongst the TruckersMP community. Remember to follow all of TruckersMP rules as well as our own.

BRAND

-We do not dictate what brand you drive or the accessories. Just please don’t overdo the save edits to where you start to get the TruckersMP admins and mods attention.

DRIVING HABITS

While in city

-If there are other players in the city try to stick to the realistic laws as possible. The last thing we want is RGN looking very unprofessional in someone’s stream. Under TMP rules, all stop signs will be treated as yield signs.

Outside of city

-Keep a reasonable speed and only pass when safe. DO NOT cut off other players. If the staff sees you do this you may be demoted.

During convoys

-Keep the proper 50-100 meter distance. DO NOT PASS. Maintain the line and order of the convoy.

BEHAVIOR IN GENERAL

-Please be respectful of everyone while you’re here, we have many different people and religions from all over the world. If you can’t stand for that then maybe the company isn’t for you.

-Never disrespect the owners, admins, mods, and trial mods. If they are mistreating you and you’d like to make a complaint please go to human resources to report them.

Disciplinary Action

Disciplinary action will be given out from Human resources ( HR ). COO and CEO may also be attending meetings. Failure to attend disciplinary meetings will result in dismissal from the company.

Stage 1-Verbal warning

A verbal warning will be given upon the first offense ( depending on severity ). You will be invited to a meeting to respond and explain your actions.

Stage 2-First written warning

If you reach this stage YOU WILL be demoted
1st written can be issued within the period of time advised for monitoring after the verbal warning
You will be invited to a meeting to explain and respond to your actions
The written warning will be issued and last for 3 months this will explain the nature of the problem and advise solutions such as retraining and possible sanctions (including dismissal) if no improvement is observed within the 3 months

Stage 3-Second written warning

If the required improvement is not met within the 3 month period after the first written warning then a second written warning may be issued
You will be invited to a meeting to explain and respond to your actions
You will be monitored for 6 months and breach of any action within this time will result in stage 4

Stage 4-Final written warning

If the required improvement is not happening then a final written warning will be issued with a monitoring period of 12 months
You will be invited to a meeting to explain and respond to your actions
if there is no improvement or if the bad behavior/performance is repeated then dismissal will occur
This warning will be the final one prior to dismissal so it is very important that you understand this

Stage 5-Dismissal

If no improvement is made from the final written warning then dismissal is the likely outcome
You will be invited to a meeting to explain and respond to your actions
if you have been dismissed from the company you will not be able to re-apply for the company Gross misconduct

Gross misconduct will result in immediate dismissal from the company

Fraudulent behavior
Falsification of records
Abuse of company policies/procedures
Serious sexual harassment, harassment, bullying
Violent behavior
