This is a VTC just for fun, it is just based on the enjoyment of people.
I will never ask someone to do something, everyone is free to do their own thing and duty.
And what i wish is that this needs to be a good VTC not the best but good.
I want that this VTC is a VTC for people who wanna be free and wanna drive around happily just to enjoy the game.
I dont care if you race or drive normal, just drive how you like it.
So if you wanna join this VTC just make an application and i will take a look at it.

There is a Discord it is mainly Dutch so you can join if you want to, its not a requirement :P
