1. Must be 15 years or older.

2. Please make sure your discord name matches your ATS in game name and Trucks Book name. This can prevent any confusion that may occur.

3. We expect all our members to be respectful at all times. Please be kind and rewind. This means absolutely no trolling. (There is adult talk in our Discord, however if a member feels attacked or threatened, then the adult talk has gone too far, and actions will be taken depending on the situation)

4. We do not recruit from other companies, unless approached by an individual wanting to join.

5. No spamming of any kind will be tolerated.

6. No hacking / cheating is acceptable in this group!

7. Management is here to help lead, please listen to them and follow their instructions.

8. No politics please.

9. Please try and keep speed under 80 mph. We want real miles, not race miles.

10. We ask that you try and complete all deliveries in a timely manner. We understand that this cannot always happen, and that real life is more important.

11. When participating in a Long-Haul Convoy we request that all trucks have a 600HP or 625HP engine. When hauling a heavy load in the convoy we prefer you use a 18 speed transmission as it will do the best with some of the bigger hills we travel over. All trucks that do not meet this requirement are still welcome but will be asked to travel in the back of the convoy.

12. We know that sometimes Lag happens and it can happen to anyone, so we ask that if you are having connection problems to please and traveling in a pack or in a convoy please move to the back of the line in order to not cause any accidental collisions with any of the other trucks.

Diamond D Logistics USA has the Right to Refuse to employ anyone we do not deem fit as well as the Right to Terminate any existing employee who management does not deem fit to work for the Company!
