Requirements
To qualify with Prime, Inc., you must meet the following criteria:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION
All drivers must meet the DOT physical qualification requirements, which are as follows:
No loss of foot, legs, hands, or arm (unless DOT has waived this requirement)
No impairment of:
A hand or finger that interferes with prehension or power grasping
An arm, foot or leg that interferes with the ability to perform normal tasks associated with operating a motor vehicle (unless the DOT has waived this requirement)
No established medical history or current clinical diagnosis of:
Diabetes mellitus currently requiring insulin for control
Epilepsy or any other condition likely to cause los of consciousness or any loss of ability to control a motor vehicle
No established medical history or current clinical diagnosis of any of the following likely to interfere with the ability to control, operate or drive a motor vehicle safely:
Respiratory dysfunction
Rheumatic, arthritic, orthopedic, muscular, neuromuscular or vascular disease
No current clinical diagnosis of:
Myocardial infraction (heart attack)
Angina pectoris (chest pain)
Coronary insufficiency (decrease in blood flow through the coronary blood vessals)
Thrombosis (blood clots)
Any other cardiovascular disease known to be accompanied by syncope (fainting), dyspnea (shortness of breath), collapse or congestive heart failure
High blood pressure likely to interfere with the ability to operate a motor vehicle safely
Alcoholism
No use of an amphetamine, narcotic, or any other habit-forming drug except prescribed drugs that do not interfere with the ability to drive
No mental, nervous, organic or functional disease or psychiatric disorder like to interfere with the ability to operate a motor vehicle safely
If you do not meet the above requirements, you will not be able to do the work for which you are applying
Are you physically able, with or without accomodation:
To operate a commercial motor vehicle for long periods of time?
To move freight weighing up to 60 lbs. per piece from floor level to floor level a distance of up to 53 feet for extended periods of time?
To climb in and out of an over-the-road tractor, 4 to 6 feet, 8 to 10 times per day
To reach above shoulder level with both arms to load and unload freight for extended periods of time?

New opening for drivers in our Intermodal Division based out of the Chicago, IL area! Frequent hometime, great pay, 100% no touch freight. CDL training available.
Hook and unhook trailers from the tractor itself, including cranking lever to raise or lower landing gear on trailer. Drives tractor-trailer combination to transport and deliver products. Drives truck to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle in difficult situations, such as narrow passageways. Inspects truck for defects before and after trips and submits report indicating truck condition. Maintains driver log according to regulations. May perform multiple loads in a given 14 hour period.

To qualify with Prime, Inc., you must meet the following criteria:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR POSITION
All drivers must meet the DOT physical qualification requirements, which are as follows:
No loss of foot, legs, hands, or arm (unless DOT has waived this requirement)
No impairment of:
A hand or finger that interferes with prehension or power grasping
An arm, foot or leg that interferes with the ability to perform normal tasks associated with operating a motor vehicle (unless the DOT has waived this requirement)
No established medical history or current clinical diagnosis of:
Diabetes mellitus currently requiring insulin for control
Epilepsy or any other condition likely to cause los of consciousness or any loss of ability to control a motor vehicle
No established medical history or current clinical diagnosis of any of the following likely to interfere with the ability to control, operate or drive a motor vehicle safely:
Respiratory dysfunction
Rheumatic, arthritic, orthopedic, muscular, neuromuscular or vascular disease
No current clinical diagnosis of:
Myocardial infraction (heart attack)
Angina pectoris (chest pain)
Coronary insufficiency (decrease in blood flow through the coronary blood vessals)
Thrombosis (blood clots)
Any other cardiovascular disease known to be accompanied by syncope (fainting), dyspnea (shortness of breath), collapse or congestive heart failure
High blood pressure likely to interfere with the ability to operate a motor vehicle safely

Tanker drivers at Prime are responsible for safely operating a tractor trailer and delivering freight on-time to a dedicated customer based out of Newark, NJ and will typically deliver these loads in the following states: NJ, CT, RI, DE, PA, MD, MA, or NY. As a driver in the Tanker Division, you will need to be prepared to haul a variety of products including food-grade oils, cocoa butter, wine, and more. Dedicated tanker drivers in this division will get home multiple times per week. To qualify for this division, you must live in NJ, CT, RI, DE, PA, MD, MA, or NY.

Tanker drivers at Prime are responsible for safely operating a tractor trailer and delivering freight on-time to our customers across the United States and Canada. As a driver in the Tanker Division, you will need to be prepared to haul a variety of products including food-grade oils, cocoa butter, wine, and more. Over-the-road truck drivers will get home every 3 to 4 weeks. You earn 1 day of home time for every week that you are out on the road as a company driver.
