Hamilton's Cornerstone Value is Safety and it is the foundation of our core values. We strive to be competitive but do so in a safe manner while having fun along the way.

⛟ Requirements to Join Team Hamilton ⛟
~ Have safety as your primary value in trucking.
~ English Speaking (Bi-lingual speakers are recommended)
~ No more than 3 major TruckersMP violations within the last 12 months. (365 days since the most recent violation)
~ Age 16+ (NO Exceptions)

⛟ Policies of Hamilton Transportation Co
* The standard probationary period can last 50,000 solo miles.
* Do not exceed the speed limit of 75 miles per hour on the interstate and NEVER exceed the speed limit in city/residential neighborhood. (WE COMPETE IN REAL MILES)
* All Hamilton Employees must obey all traffic signs and signals.
* Convoy speeds must be set at 65 MPH
* Hamilton Employees must use the SAFE 7 TECHNIQUES™
* Company trucks are Kenworths W900’s & Peterbilts 379/389’s
* Respect all drivers apart and not apart of Hamilton Transco.
* Reckless Drivers will not be tolerated.
