## GDC Logistics - VTC Rules & Regulations

### **General Company Rules (All Drivers)**

1. **Dispatch & Logging:** All company jobs MUST be logged via the TrucksBook client. No exceptions. Manual logs are not permitted.
2. **Speed Regulations:** Adherence to posted speed limits is mandatory. For realism, company speed is capped at 70 mph (113 km/h) on designated interstates. Reckless driving is grounds for dismissal.
3. **Professionalism:** Members are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner, both in-game and in our community spaces (Discord, etc.).
4. **Company Branding:** While representing GDC Logistics, drivers are encouraged to use the official company paint scheme. The `GDC-` prefix must be used in your in-game player tag.
5. **Inactivity:** Drivers who are inactive for 30 consecutive days without prior notification to management may be moved to inactive status.

### **Independent Contractor Program (Temporary Linehaul)**

This section applies ONLY to owner-operators accepted into our temporary independent contractor program.

1. **Eligibility:** This program is exclusively for proven partners of the GDC Logistics Patreon. Applicants must have a documented history of being an active, paid Patreon subscriber for a minimum of six (6) consecutive months prior to application.
2. **Term of Contract:** All temporary contracts are valid from the date of signing until 23:59 CST on December 31, 2025.
3. **Equipment Requirements:**
* Contractors must provide their own tractor.
* All equipment must be professionally maintained and present a clean, roadworthy appearance.
* Prior to signing, all equipment must pass a mandatory GDC Logistics safety and compliance check (a virtual "DOT Inspection").
4. **Operational Requirements:**
* Contractors must exclusively use TrucksBook for dispatch and logging of all contract loads.
* This contract covers **refrigerated freight only**.
* Primary lanes are dedicated linehauls originating from Denver, CO with destinations in Dallas, TX; Kansas City, MO; and Boise, ID. Return loads will be dispatched as available.
* A high standard of on-time delivery performance is expected.
