We run on a point system here in Accord Trucking. Five points in 10 Deliveries and you will be terminated.
If you have more than $1000 in violations in one run that will equal 1 point.
If you accumulate more than $5000 on a delivery in violations you will be terminated.
Running others off the road will equal 1 point. Being rude to others is not tolerated either.
Running your fellow crew off the road will equal 2 points, depending on who it was. (running Management off the road will equal instant termination.)
Failed Deliveries will equal .5 points.
It's 5 Deliveries with violations under $1000 to remove 1 point.
Do not ask to be management. It has to be earned. (No Exceptions.)
