1. You must log in using TRUCKSBOOK and either using ATS or TruckersMP client, on a daily basis.
operation hours are as follow!
Monday to Saturday: 4:00 am to 5:30 pm. No deliveries are set for Sunday's
all schedules are set at Arizona time zone.
Delivery time starts at 6:30 a.m. you must be at the Hub at 5:30 a.m. and ready to go. This is depending on the Hub you are located at our main Hub is at Phoenix Arizona.
2. Companies set speed limit 65. All deliveries are done in a Time schedule set for 5 hours limit.
That means you have five hours to complete your delivery on time this is not including accidents and fuel stops or frequent stops for other things, that may come your way. all drivers are responsible to make sure that delivery is done in a timely fashion matter.
3. Although we used to CB for communication in our trucks but however our main communication is done in the company chat room, here's some simple instructions on how to use your CB in your truck. "It is very simple however people who are new to using it or new to the mod may not know how to use it, hence this Tutorial. Open your Tab Menu and right click to bring up the cursor. Change the channel by using the right knob. To talk press and hold "X" and then talk."
4. If you are involved in an accident and have to reset your client are your game, this will be depending on the action that the company takes, towards the accident and also who's at fault. Auto accidents do happen from time to time and totally understanding the difficulty of navigating your truck, you may have to reset and restart your route from pick up time and drop off time, if so let me know and I can help you out in this way I totally understand it I get it it is a game by the way.
5. With this company and all drivers including the owner we follow all the rules of the roads and we stopped at every scale on the highway no exceptions!! It is the company's policy that we carry a good attitude to other players on the system as well courtesy goes a long ways. But like in real life you'll find there are some people on this game who just like to cause trouble my advice try to avoid them and do not talk to them as much that's on you.
6. After all deliveries are done and there are no more in the schedule, and you feel that you have the urge to do more it is fine to schedule or chart a delivery, and this way and you'll find it to help you improve your driving skills as well, but however Whenever there is a schedule delivery to be made please make this your priority first thank you. At the end of the day and all deliveries are done all drivers including owner will meet up at the main Hub in Phoenix Arizona, to discuss the workload for the Nets following day yes you as a employee, has a say on our deliveries and your input is very important to me, from time to time we do meet up at a truck stop along our route in Phoenix Arizona, more information will be available on that and the company's chat room, for this is a private meeting not for other drivers just for the company. so stay tuned to the company chat room to see more information when it's available thank you.
7. this is just a general information so it doesn't happen to you if you are logged in two truckers MP and you get kicked off for any reason totally understand this this happens to me a lot so don't worry we can reset your route or reset the game either way it's understanding, It usually happens if you sit too long in one place or if you do not follow the rules, of the road like turn on your headlights when it is night or dust or something in that effect, just remember follow the rules of the road as you would if you were driving in the real world, that don't mean to be crazy oh.
8. for the time schedule of delivery if you are in another country with a different time zone, and can't make it on the company schedule just let me know I will work with you, or for the operation of the company's time schedule Monday to Saturday Arizona time, I will make a change in the schedule to meet your needs this company is very flexible, and I'm totally understand the different time zone from different countries are different places in the United States.
