Indian Truckers is a high-tier Virtual Trucking Company (VTC) built to establish
a benchmark of realism, discipline, and community camaraderie within the virtual
freight transport network. Operating across the expansive terrains of Euro Truck
Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator via the TruckersMP network, our mission
is to represent the hard-working essence and pride of Indian logistics on the
global stage.

Every load hauled under the Indian Truckers banner represents reliability, cargo
integrity, road safety, and unmatched operational ethics. We bridge virtual
economies across Europe and America, connecting industrial corridors, ports,
quarries, and agricultural centres with dedicated hauliers.


2. CORE PHILOSOPHY & OBJECTIVES

and mechanical realism above reckless delivery times.

Operations" division through clean, verified, and consistent job submissions.
• Fleet Uniformity: Demonstrating structural coordination during public convoys,
events, and open road journeys through standardized liveries and tags.


3. TRUCKSBOOK TELEMETRY & LOGBOOK POLICIES

To maintain our standing on the TrucksBook global leaderboards, every recruited
driver must install, activate, and run the official TrucksBook Telemetry Client
on every job.

[A] Real Statistics Bracket (Primary Objective):
- Maximum speed must remain strictly between 0 km/h and 100 km/h (62 mph) at all
times during transit.
- All drivers are expected to log their journeys within this range to boost our
Real Ranking standings.

Race Statistics Bracket (Forbidden in Official Convoys):
- Deliveries logged between 101 km/h and 180 km/h fall into the Race category.
While permitted during solo play, excessive race logging will disqualify drivers
from monthly company bonuses.

[C] Invalidation & Speed Violations:
- Exceeding 180 km/h will result in automated job cancellation by TrucksBook telemetry.
- Deliberate save-editing for cargo weight or time manipulation is strictly prohibited
and will lead to an immediate dishonorable discharge.


4. TRUCKERSMP DRIVING & CONVOY PROTOCOLS

When driving on public TruckersMP servers (Simulation 1, Simulation 2, ProMods,
or Event Servers), drivers carry the company name. Compliance with official
TruckersMP server rules is non-negotiable.

[A] Highway Conduct:
- Always adhere to road signals, speed limits, roundabouts, and right-of-way laws.
- No reckless overtaking, brake checking, ramming, ghosting, or blocking intersections.
- Overtaking is prohibited on high-congestion corridors (e.g., Calais-Duisburg road)
unless the vehicle ahead is completely stationary.

Convoy Guidelines:
- Convoy Lead: The Lead Truck sets the pace, monitors traffic, and calls out navigation.
No driver may overtake the Convoy Lead without explicit permission.
- Spacing: Maintain a mandatory buffer of 70 to 100 meters between trucks to absorb
network latency, ping spikes, and sudden braking.
- Tailgunner (Sweep): The rear truck manages lane changes, reports lagging members,
and ensures no driver is left behind during breakdowns.
- CB Radio Etiquette: Use designated in-game CB radio channels strictly for route
updates, hazard alerts, and navigation. Trolling or shouting is banned.


5. IN-GAME VISUAL IDENTITY & HARDWARE STANDARDS

6. DIVISIONAL STRUCTURE & CARGO DEPARTMENTS

Our operations are divided into four dedicated commercial transport sectors:

[1] General Dry Freight & FMCG Division:
Handling standard dry vans, curtainsiders, and container haulage across primary
trade routes. Focused on high-volume logistics and supermarket supplies.

[2] Reefer & Cold Chain Logistics:
Specialized temperature-regulated transport carrying pharmaceuticals, dairy,
meat, and fresh produce. Demands precise arrival schedules and damage-free hauling.

[3] Heavy Haulage & Specialized Machinery:
Transporting multi-ton industrial components, boilers, transformers, and mining
equipment using heavy multi-axle lowbeds and steerable trailers. Requires high-power
chassis configurations (6x4, 8x4) and escort coordination.

[4] ADR & Hazardous Materials Transport:
Liquid chemical, compressed gas, and combustible fuel tankers. Requires strict
compliance with low center-of-gravity driving and mandatory safety buffers.


7. DRIVER PROGRESSION & CAREER LADDER

Our internal promotion structure rewards dedication, mileage, and incident-free records:

• Trainee / Probationary Driver:
- Requirements: Newly registered member.
- Target: Complete first 2,500 km under telemetry observation.

• Junior Freight Haulier:
- Requirements: 2,500 km to 10,000 km logged.
- Privileges: Access to intermediate convoys and company Discord roles.

• Senior Highway Specialist:
- Requirements: 10,000 km to 30,000 km logged with zero recorded damage logs.
- Privileges: Authority to operate specialized Heavy Cargo and ADR shipments.

• Fleet Master:
- Requirements: 30,000+ km logged.
- Privileges: Company veteran status, voting rights on route planning and events.

• Convoy Marshal / Route Planner:
- Selected based on leadership, route knowledge, and organizational skills.
- Manages dispatch operations, pace-setting, and server event setups.


8. CODE OF CONDUCT & DISCIPLINARY POLICY

We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against toxic behavior:
1. Respect all players, staff, and external VTC members regardless of nationality
or skill level.
2. In-game bans received on TruckersMP must be reported to company management immediately.
3. Multiple bans or intentional trolling while carrying the company tag will lead
to permanent expulsion.
4. Keep all text channels and voice comms clean and professional.


9. RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS & HOW TO JOIN

To enlist as an official driver for Indian Truckers:
- Must possess a genuine, legal copy of ETS2 or ATS on Steam.
- Active TrucksBook account with client software properly linked to game directory.
- A functional TruckersMP profile in good community standing.
- Willingness to participate in group convoys and haul at least 5,000 km monthly.
