Treat everyone with respect. Bullying, harassment, discrimination, threats, and personal attacks are not allowed.

Follow all platform and server rules. Members must obey the rules of TruckersMP, Discord, and any other platform used by Northern VTC.

Drive safely and responsibly. Reckless driving, intentional collisions, blocking roads, trolling, and disrupting other players are prohibited.

Represent Northern VTC professionally. When using our name, tag, paint scheme, or branding, your behaviour reflects the whole community.

Follow convoy instructions. During official events, listen to Event Staff and Convoy Control, maintain a safe distance, and remain in the correct formation.

Use appropriate language and content. Excessive swearing, spam, offensive material, and inappropriate content are not permitted.

Do not advertise without permission. Promoting other VTCs, communities, servers, or services requires approval from Management.

Protect private information. Do not share another person's personal details, private messages, or confidential VTC information without permission.

Use the correct channels. Keep conversations relevant and avoid repeatedly tagging members or staff without a valid reason.

Report problems properly. If you have a concern, contact a staff member privately and provide evidence when possible. Do not start public arguments.

Do not abuse roles or permissions. Staff powers must only be used for their intended purpose.

Follow staff decisions. Staff instructions must be respected. If you disagree with a decision, appeal it calmly through the appropriate process.

Breaking these rules may result in a warning, temporary suspension, removal from events, demotion, or removal from Northern VTC, depending on the seriousness and frequency of the behaviour.
