Respect Everyone
Treat all members with respect.
No bullying, harassment, discrimination, or unnecessary arguments.
Everyone is welcome regardless of experience.
Discord & Communication
Keep conversations appropriate and friendly.
No spam or excessive advertising.
Follow the rules of any Discord servers we use.
If you have an issue with another member, speak to management rather than starting an argument.
Driving & Convoys
Drive safely and responsibly during VTC convoys.
Follow the convoy leader's instructions.
Keep a reasonable distance from other trucks.
No reckless driving, ramming, blocking roads, or intentionally causing crashes.
Overtaking during organised convoys should only be done when safe.
Truck & Trailer Rules
Use realistic truck/trailer combinations where possible.
Keep your truck maintained and presentable.
VTC liveries should be used for official events where required.
Modded trucks and trailers are fine as long as they don't cause problems for other members.
VTC Activity
Members should try to remain reasonably active.
You don't need to play every day—we understand that real life comes first.
If you're going to be inactive for an extended period, let management know when possible.
Drivers' Logbooks
Log jobs honestly.
Do not fake mileage, jobs, screenshots, or other VTC activity.
Follow any minimum monthly requirements that management may introduce.
Recruitment
New members must follow the application/recruitment process.
Members should not recruit people into Iron Lord Haulage without permission from management.
We value attitude and reliability more than hours or kilometres driven.
Staff & Management
Management decisions should be respected.
Staff are expected to set a good example.
If you disagree with a decision, discuss it respectfully with management.
Real Life Comes First
Iron Lord Haulage is a hobby, not a job.
Family, work, school, health, and real-life responsibilities always come first.
Nobody should feel pressured to play ETS2.
Have Fun!
The main purpose of Iron Lord Haulage is to enjoy ETS2, meet people, and have fun.
Don't take the VTC too seriously.
Make some friends, haul some cargo, and enjoy the road!
