Failure to follow these rules may result in warnings or removal from the company.
1. Maximum Speed
Maximum company speed is 79 MPH.
Drivers are expected to maintain realistic and controlled speeds.
Drivers who are consistently found exceeding 79 MPH in their TrucksBook logbooks will be removed from the company.
We value consistent, professional driving over reckless miles.
2. Drive Clean
Avoid collisions whenever possible.
Minimize truck, trailer, and cargo damage.
Drive responsibly and represent FLBT professionally.
3. Avoid Violations
Obey traffic laws whenever practical.
Excessive speeding tickets, red-light violations, reckless driving, or repeated fines are unacceptable.
Drivers should strive for clean deliveries every trip.
4. Leaderboard First
Every mile matters.
We are actively competing on the TrucksBook leaderboards.
Focus on quality deliveries, consistency, and teamwork.
5. Be Active
Employees are expected to contribute miles regularly.
Extended inactivity without notifying management may result in removal to make room for active drivers.
6. Respect Fellow Drivers
Treat all FLBT members and other trucking companies with respect.
No harassment, toxic behavior, or unnecessary drama.
7. No Cheating
Any form of cheating, exploiting, modifying game behavior for unfair mileage, or violating TrucksBook rules is strictly prohibited.
Immediate removal from the company.
8. Company Representation
When driving under the FLBT name, act professionally.
Help fellow drivers when possible and represent the company with pride.
9. Convoys
Follow convoy leader instructions.
Maintain safe following distances.
No intentional ramming, blocking, or reckless driving.
10. Three-Strike Policy
First offense: Warning.
Second offense: Final warning.
Third offense: Removal from Full Lock Bandits Transport.
