Neptune Logistics – Company Regulations.

General Conduct and Professionalism

Respect First: Treat all fellow drivers, staff, and members of the wider Truckers MP community with respect. Toxic behaviour, racism, or harassment will result in an immediate ban.

Representation: When driving with the Neptune Logistics tag or paint job, you represent the company. Drive responsibly and follow the Truckers MP rules to avoid bringing disrepute to the fleet.

Server Bans: Any official Truckers MP bans must be reported to management immediately. Multiple or severe bans may lead to dismissal.

Driving & Simulation Standards
Speed Limits: To maintain our professional standards and realistic tracking, drivers are requested to keep their speed under 100 km/h (62 mph) during official jobs, or adhere strictly to simulation server limits.

Collision Avoidance: Always maintain a safe following distance. Reckless driving, ramming, or intentional blocking is strictly prohibited.

Job Logging: All official distance tracking (via Hub, Trucks Book, or VT Log) must be kept accurate. Do not use save-editing or cheats to manipulate job data.

Convoys & Events
Fleet Uniform: During official company convoys, all drivers must use the approved company paint job, colours, and the [Neptune] player tag.

Convoy Discipline: Listen to the Convoy Control (CC) or Event Organizer. Do not overtake fellow company drivers unless instructed to do so.

Spacing: Maintain a gap of at least 50-100 meters between trucks during convoys to account for lag and sudden braking.

Activity Requirements
Minimum Mileage: To remain classified as an active driver, you must log at least 2,000 km per month.
