It all started with a single truck, a full tank of diesel, and a dream of conquering the European highways. Today, FTC is more than just logistics – it’s a lifestyle. Our story is written at night in lit-up truck stops and at dawn, when the first rays of sun reflect off the chrome grilles of our machines.
For us, trucking is more than just hauling a trailer from point A to point B. It’s about hundreds of hours spent on the CB radio, solving roadside challenges together, and the satisfaction of a perfectly executed job. In our fleet, every driver is a legend, and every route is a new story. We aren’t looking for employees – we’re looking for enthusiasts who know that true freedom begins where the city limits end.

I. Code of Conduct & Ethics Respect Above All: Treat all members and fellow players with respect. Discrimination, toxicity, or harassment of any kind will result in an immediate permanent ban. Professionalism: You represent FTC. Maintain a professional attitude on public radios and in-game chats. Age Requirement: Drivers must be at least 16 years old (exceptions may be made based on maturity during the recruitment process).
II. On-Road Regulations (Driving Standards) Speed Limits: To ensure realistic logging, our company speed limit is capped at 100 km/h (62 mph). Consistent "racing" (exceeding 100 km/h) may lead to rejected logs. Traffic Laws: Drivers must obey all local traffic laws, including traffic lights, stop signs, and right-of-way rules. TruckersMP Rules: You are expected to follow the official TruckersMP rules at all times. Reckless driving, ramming, or blocking is strictly prohibited. Incident Reporting: If you receive a ban on TruckersMP, you must report it to the Management immediately.
III. Logistics & Activity Requirements Activity Target: Every driver is required to log a minimum of 2,000 km per month. Logbook Software: All jobs must be recorded using Trucky. Ensure your tracker is running before you start your engine. Leave of Absence: We understand that real life comes first. If you cannot drive for more than 7 days, please post a notice in the #vacation-logs channel.
IV. Company Branding (Identity) Player Tag: All drivers must use the official company tag in-game: F_T_C [Your position in VTC] For daily driving, the livery is highly encouraged but optional. Truck Appearance: Please avoid "troll tuning" (excessive lights/horns). Keep it clean and realistic.
V. Communication & Events Discord Presence: Staying joined to our Discord server is mandatory. Please check the #announcements channel regularly. Convoys: We host weekly convoys. While not every convoy is mandatory, we expect a reasonable level of attendance to maintain your "Active Driver" status. Voice Channels: During convoys, drivers should be present in the designated Voice Channel. Constant "mic-spamming" is not allowed.
