1. General Conduct
Respect: Treat all company members with respect. We are a community-driven VTC.

Professionalism: Even in private sessions, we maintain a professional attitude toward driving and logistics.

2. TrucksBook Logging and Speed
The 100 kmh Rule: We compete in the Real category. To ensure your kilometers are logged correctly, do not exceed 100 kmh or 62 mph.

Race Logs: Frequent Race logs (trips over 100 kmh) will lead to a review of your membership. We value steady deliveries over speed.

Activity: Please aim to complete at least a few deliveries per week to keep our company moving up the rankings.

3. Multiplayer and Convoys
In-Game Convoy Mode: We drive exclusively using the official ETS 2 In-Game Multiplayer.

Syncing: Since we share the world with AI traffic, please follow the host instructions regarding traffic density and sync issues.

Livery: Use the official EST-Horizon company colors or paintjob during our scheduled group sessions.

4. Driving Standards
Traffic Laws: Obey all traffic lights, speed limits, and signs. Use your indicators and beacons appropriately.

Safe Distance: Maintain a safe following distance from the truck in front of you to avoid desync accidents.

Cargo Care: Aim for 0 percent damage. A professional driver is a careful driver.

5. Requirements
Software: You must have the TrucksBook Client open and logging while driving.

Communication: Joining our Discord is mandatory for coordination during in-game convoys.

Compatibility: Ensure your game version and DLCs are up to date to avoid issues when joining the host session.
