***§1. Postanowienia Ogólne***
Dołączenie do Iron Drivers jest dobrowolne i oznacza pełną akceptację niniejszego regulaminu.
Głównym celem firmy jest wspólna zabawa w symulatorze Euro Truck Simulator 2 oraz budowanie zgranej społeczności kierowców.
Każdy pracownik zobowiązany jest do godnego reprezentowania barw firmy na serwerach TruckersMP oraz w konwojach.
***§2. Rekrutacja i Okres Próbny***
Kandydat musi posiadać oryginalną kopię gry ETS2.
Minimalny wiek kandydata to 15 lat (możliwe wyjątki po rozmowie rekrutacyjnej).
Każdy nowy kierowca przechodzi okres próbny trwający 1 tydzień, podczas którego sprawdzana jest jego aktywność i kultura jazdy.
***§3. Zasady Ruchu i Rozgrywki***
Obowiązuje bezwzględne przestrzeganie przepisów ruchu drogowego (EVP) oraz regulaminu platformy TruckersMP.
Zakazuje się używania wspomagaczy (cheatów) zwiększających osiągi ciężarówki ponad normę.
***§4. System Rozliczeń i Aktywność***
Kierowca ma obowiązek raportowania przejechanych tras za pomocą systemu TrucksBook.
Wymagany minimalny miesięczny limit kilometrów wynosi 1000 km.
Dłuższa nieobecność (powyżej 7 dni) powinna zostać zgłoszona zarządowi na kanale „Urlopy”.
***§5. Kultura i Komunikacja***
Na serwerze Discord oraz CB-Radiu obowiązuje kultura osobista. Przekleństwa, obrażanie innych graczy czy toksyczne zachowania nie będą tolerowane.
Podczas oficjalnych konwojów wymagana jest obecność na kanale głosowym.
Każdy kierowca powinien posiadać ciężarówkę w barwach firmowych.
***§6. Kary i Rezygnacja***
Nieprzestrzeganie regulaminu może skutkować upomnieniem, naganą lub wydaleniem z firmy.
Kierowca ma prawo opuścić firmę w dowolnym momencie, informując o tym zarząd.

***General Provisions***
Joining Iron Drivers is voluntary and implies full acceptance of these regulations.
The main goal of the company is to have fun together in Euro Truck Simulator 2 and build a strong community of drivers.
Every employee is obliged to represent the company’s colors with dignity on TruckersMP servers and during convoys.
***§1. Recruitment and Probation Period***
Candidates must own a legal, original copy of ETS2.
The minimum age for candidates is 15 years (exceptions may be made after a recruitment interview).
Every new driver undergoes a 1-week probation period, during which their activity and driving culture are evaluated.
***§2. Traffic Rules and Gameplay***
Strict adherence to road traffic laws (EVP) and TruckersMP platform regulations is mandatory.
The use of cheats or mods that unfairly increase truck performance or affect physics is strictly prohibited.
***§3. Accounting System and Activity***
Drivers are required to log all completed trips using the TrucksBook system.
The minimum monthly limit is set at 1,000 km.
Any absence longer than 7 days should be reported to the management on the "Leaves" (Urlopy) channel.
***§4. Culture and Communication***
Personal culture is required on the Discord server and CB radio. Profanity, insulting other players, or toxic behavior will not be tolerated.
Presence on the voice channel is mandatory during official convoys.
Every driver is required to use the official company livery (paint job) on their truck.
***§5. Penalties and Resignation***
Failure to comply with the regulations may result in a warning, a reprimand, or dismissal from the company.
A driver has the right to leave the company at any time, provided they inform the management beforehand.
