To maintain our reputation as Edinburgh’s premier long-distance haulage firm, all drivers must adhere to the following professional standards:
​1. Age & Eligibility
​Minimum Age: All applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
​Professionalism: We expect a mature attitude. While we enjoy the social aspect of ETS2, your conduct should reflect a professional trucking environment.
​2. Driving Standards (ETS2)
​Real Miles Only: We are a 100% Real Miles company. All logs must be recorded under 100 km/h (62 mph). Consistent race miles will result in a warning or dismissal.
​ADR & Long Distance: Drivers are encouraged to prioritize ADR (Dangerous Goods) loads and international long-distance routes to support company growth.
​Road Safety: Drive with respect for other road users. Avoid excessive damage and reckless maneuvers.
​3. Conduct & Ethics
​Zero Tolerance: Starfox Carriers is an inclusive environment. We have zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, or bullying based on race, gender, nationality, religion, or orientation.
​Communication: Keep company chats and radio frequencies respectful and free of toxicity.
