1. Age & Eligibility
Minimum Age: All applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
Professionalism: We expect a mature attitude. While we enjoy the social aspect of ETS2, your conduct should reflect a professional trucking environment.
2. Driving Standards (ETS2)
Real Miles Only: We are a 100% Real Miles company. All logs must be recorded under 100 km/h (62 mph). Consistent race miles will result in a warning or dismissal.
ADR & Long Distance: Drivers are encouraged to prioritize ADR (Dangerous Goods) loads and international long-distance routes to support company growth.
Road Safety: Drive with respect for other road users. Avoid excessive damage and reckless maneuvers.
3. Conduct & Ethics
Zero Tolerance: Starfox Carriers is an inclusive environment. We have zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, or bullying based on race, gender, nationality, religion, or orientation.
Communication: Keep company chats and radio frequencies respectful and free of toxicity.
4. Fleet Representation
Company Livery: Drivers should use the designated Purple, White, and Blue company colors.
The Saltire: Always represent the Scottish flag with pride during international convoys.
