ㅤSince the day we were founded, our goal has not only been to be on the road; but to build a harmonious and active team where we can enjoy ourselves together. We offer a friendly yet disciplined environment where every member’s ideas are valued. Royal Swag is not just a VTC, but a strong family where players who share the same vision come together.

● §1.1 Treat all members with respect.
● §1.2 Maintain a friendly atmosphere within the server.
● §1.3 Discord Terms of Service, Discord Community Guidelines, TruckersMP Rules, and Royal Swag VTC Rules are always applicable while using Discord, holding any role, or being a VTC member.
● §1.4 Sharing content belonging to Royal Swag on platforms outside the VTC is strictly prohibited.
● §1.5 The entire community is responsible for protecting the reputation of Royal Swag.
● §1.6 Royal Swag management is not responsible for personal disputes between members, private message (DM) conversations, issues occurring on platforms outside the server, or matters related to members' private lives. These situations will only be considered if they directly violate server rules, VTC rules, or the rules of the relevant platform.

● §2.1 Every member who joins the VTC has a 7-day trial period.
↳ During this period;
· A Driver Academy exam may be required if deemed necessary.
· The trial period may be extended to 7–14 days until a final decision is made.
● §2.2 After the trial period ends, members must meet the Activity Requirements.
● §2.3 Unless excused by management, activity rules apply to all members including senior staff.
● §2.4 Ways to meet the monthly activity requirements:
↳ Visible activity within the server.
↳ Participation in monthly convoys. (If no convoy is planned for the relevant month, this requirement is waived.)
↳ Compliance with all other General VTC rules.
● §2.5 In special cases (health, technical issues, etc.), exemption requests can be submitted to Royal Swag Management.
● §2.6 Authorized staff members will be removed from their duties for the duration of their ban if they are banned. In some cases, they may need to restart their roles from the trainee stage. The final decision will be made by Management.
● §2.7 Drivers must collect a minimum of 7 Swag Seal points every month.

● §3.1 Everyone who joins the community starts with a clean record.
● §3.2 In case of violations of rules or activity requirements, VTC officials may apply penalties.
● §3.3 Monthly Activity and Compliance Warning System;
↳ I. Warning: Verbal warning.
↳ II. Warning: Written warning via DM from management.
↳ III. Warning: Suspension from the VTC for an indefinite period.
● §3.4 Server Rule and Policy Violation Warning System;
↳ I. Warning: Verbal warning via DM or chat.
↳ II. Warning: Placement on the yellow list.
↳ III. Warning: Permanent BAN from the server.
● §3.5 Direct violations of rules in specific channels may result in the immediate application of the 3rd warning without receiving the 1st and 2nd warnings.
● §3.6 Warnings remain active for a maximum of 1 month depending on the severity of the violation.

● §4.1 Some rules may be updated when necessary to remain current and innovative. It is every community member’s responsibility to stay informed about these updates.
● §4.2 A banned community member may have the opportunity to be exempt from the ban under newly updated or restructured rules.
● §4.3 If you receive a ban and believe it is unfair, you have the right to contact the Royal Swag management team.
