REQUITEMENT TO JOIN US:
1. Must be over the age of 17
2. Be polite to all. This includes in-game and in discord.
3. No form of bullying will be tolerated. This also includes racism, discrimination
or sexism. Anyone caught engaging in any of these offences will result in your removal.
4. Must Complete the Monthly Requirement of 5000 miles Per Month if can

1. Representation of the Company
When driving or communicating under the DC European Ltd name, you are representing the company. Professional language and behaviour are expected at all times.
2. Attendance and Activity
Drivers must remain reasonably active and inform management if they will be inactive for a period of time.
3. Driving Standards
Safe and realistic driving is required. Reckless driving, repeated collisions, or intentional rule-breaking is not acceptable.
4. Company Vehicles, Livery
Approved company liveries, trucks, and trailers must be used where required. Modifications must follow company guidelines, look smart
5. Rules and, Game Compliance
All drivers must follow the rules of the platform(s) used (e.g. (TruckersMP), Discord, game TOS).
6. Communication
Members must stay reachable through company communication channels and respond
within a reasonable time.
7. Convoys and Events
When attending company convoys or events, drivers must follow instructions from event staff and convoy leaders.
Regular miles and regular updates benefit us all. If for any reason you maybe inactive for spaces of time just tell us. We like to know our drivers are happy and still active!
we aim 5000' Miles 'Minimum' Per Month, we are never pushy for crunching the miles! We appreciate everyone has families/lives.
8. Honesty and Integrity
Cheating, save editing, falsifying logs, or exploiting systems is strictly prohibited.
9. Warnings and Discipline
Failure to follow company rules may result in warnings, suspension, or removal from DC European Ltd depending on severity.
10. Probation Period -
New employees may be subject to a probation period to ensure suitability for the company.
We start every new employee in our ' you will need Trial DAF XG' this is for approx. 7/14 days. This is to ensure we're happy with your progress and that you are comfortable As well within the VTC.
We do appreciate mistakes happen from time to time. Consistent 'Race Miles' & 'Over Speeding in convoy will unfortunately result in your termination from the company but will chat with admin team
After completion of trial period, we will see which 'Division' we can progress you into and supply you with a 'Premium Livery' to represent our company out on the roads.
Upon successful application you will be put onto a probation period of 2 weeks, can be extended if we feel we need to.
12.Help support
We are more than happy to help people out with trucksbook, add mods but we are not computer specialist, so we don't know everything
Anyone that is new to PC/Trucksbook/Discord/ETS/Promods. Please do not worry as we have people who can provide 'Tech Support' along the way.
13. Rule Acknowledgement
By joining DC European Ltd, all members confirm they have read, understood, and agree to follow these rules.
14.The Discord channel
The Discord channel is a friendly environment, full of our drivers/subbie drivers all sharing our truck photos and journeys. We all have a good giggle and help each other along the way. We do expect you to participate when possible and show us where and what you've been delivering.

Upon a successful application, we will invite you to our Dedicated-sever. We will introduce you to our current drivers and supply you with what is needed to begin your employment.
