1. General Conduct

1.1 All members must behave respectfully toward other drivers, staff, and the wider trucking community.
1.2 Discrimination, harassment, threats, or toxic behavior will not be tolerated.
1.3 Members must follow all platform rules (TMP, ATS/ETS2, Discord, Steam, etc.).
1.4 Any member representing TruckyHub VTC must uphold a professional and mature image.

2. Membership Requirements

2.1 Members must be at least 13+ (or meet the platform’s minimum age).
2.2 A functioning microphone is not required, but members must be able to communicate clearly.
2.3 Members must have a clean or reasonable TMP ban history. Excessive bans may lead to rejection.
2.4 Multi-VTC membership is allowed only if it does not conflict with TruckyHub responsibilities (optional rule—can adjust).

3. Driving Standards

3.1 Follow all in-game traffic laws and maintain a realistic driving style.
3.2 Reckless driving—such as ramming, blocking, racing, or unsafe overtaking—is forbidden.
3.3 Use indicators, headlights, and hazard lights appropriately at all times.
3.4 Speeding excessively or intentionally causing accidents will result in disciplinary action.
3.5 Drivers must operate their vehicles safely during convoys, events, and solo driving.

4. Convoy & Event Rules

4.1 Arrive on time and follow convoy staff instructions.
4.2 Maintain proper distance, lane discipline, and speed limits during convoys.
4.3 Overtaking during official events is not allowed unless instructed.
4.4 Use the required company paint job, tag, and truck setup for official convoys.
4.5 If you disconnect during a convoy, rejoin only at designated safe locations.

5. Logging Jobs

5.1 All jobs must be logged through Trucky, VTLog, or the company’s chosen logging system.
5.2 Faking logs, editing mileage, or manipulating data is strictly prohibited.
5.3 Minimum monthly activity requirements (optional—customizable):

Lead Driver: 80000 - 120000 km per month

Senior Driver: 60000 - 80000 km per month

Experienced Driver: 40000 - 60000 km per month

Junior Driver: 20000 - 40000 km per month

Trainee Driver: 20000 - 40000 km per month

5.4 If a member is unable to meet activity requirements, they must request inactivity status.

6. Company Branding

6.1 Drivers must use TruckyHub VTC tags and approved paint jobs when representing the company.
6.2 Company branding (logo, name, uniforms) may not be modified without permission.
6.3 Do not use TruckyHub branding for personal projects without authorization.

7. Communication Rules

7.1 Keep all company chats professional and friendly.
7.2 No spamming, excessive tagging, or posting harmful links.
7.3 Voice channels must be used respectfully; avoid loud noises, music, or soundboards unless allowed.
7.4 Confidential internal information may not be shared outside the VTC.

8. Staff & Leadership

8.1 Staff must act fairly, responsibly, and without bias.
8.2 Any abuse of power will result in removal from staff roles.
8.3 Staff decisions should be respected; appeals can be made through proper channels.

9. Disciplinary Actions

10. Leaving or Rejoining the VTC
