Convoy Rules & Expectations

All drivers must remain together as a convoy at all times.
If a driver crashes, requires repairs, disconnects, or needs to refuel, the convoy will wait.
Drivers are expected to drive in real-time, not rush or race their jobs.
Please maintain a steady speed of 80 km/h in ETS2 and 65 mph in ATS to ensure safety and convoy consistency aswell as realtime on Trucksbook.
We are pushing to catch the top leaders on SA TrucksBook; rushing or racing jobs does not count toward this goal.
Yes, management will add some mods to extend the game, so please keep an eye on the Company Mods section on Discord, especially for updates relevant to the Driver of the Month.
We ask that all drivers join at least one convoy session per week to promote teamwork and activity.
Drive responsibly and respect fellow convoy members.
Above all, enjoy the experience — remember this is a game, meant for fun and TEAMWORK.

Management Notice
Management encourages all drivers to set a personal driving target of:
3,000 km per day, or
30,000 km per month
This target is not mandatory and serves only as motivation to promote activity, consistency, and enjoyment within the company.
From time to time, management may relax the rules and just have fun on the server — including crashing cars, doing racing jobs, and other light-hearted activities. These moments are about enjoyment and bonding, not rankings.
Additionally, management has decided to reward the driver with the most kilometres or miles by assigning a special Transport Cargo job with an escort convoy as recognition for their effort and dedication.
To keep everyone informed and motivated, once a week management will post a screenshot of the company’s current ranking in the Community channel on Discord.
