CF Logistics – Company Handbook

1. General Conduct & Community

1.1 - Respect is Mandatory: Treat all members, staff, and players outside the company with respect. Toxicity, harassment, or drama will not be tolerated.

1.2 - Zero Tolerance: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding racism, sexism, homophobia, or political/religious extremism.

1.3 - Discord Etiquette: Keep conversations in the appropriate channels. Avoid spamming and excessive pinging of staff members.

1.4 - Age Requirement: All drivers must be at least [Insert Age, e.g., 16+] years old. Maturity is required regardless of age.

2. Driving Standards (Single Player & Multiplayer)

2.1 - Traffic Laws: Drivers are expected to adhere to road rules. This includes stopping at red lights, yielding the right of way, and staying within reasonable speed limits.

2.2 - Reckless Driving: Intentional ramming, blocking, or "trolling" other vehicles (AI or real players) is grounds for immediate dismissal.

2.3 - Simulation Jobs: Max speed 62 mph (100 km/h) (for "Real Miles" logs).

2.4 - Casual Jobs: Max speed 80 mph (130 km/h) (for "Race Miles" logs).

2.5 - Damage Control: Try to keep cargo damage below 2%. We understand accidents happen, but consistent high damage affects company scores.

3. Activity & Logging Requirements

3.1 - Tracking Software: All drivers must use TrucksBook to log their jobs.

3.2 - Minimum Activity: Drivers are required to log a minimum of [e.g., 2,000 miles] or [e.g., 3 jobs] per month to remain active.
Leave of Absence (LOA): Real life comes first. If you will be away for more than 14 days, please post in the #loa-request channel to avoid being purged for inactivity.

3.3 - Probation Period: New hires are subject to a 2-week probation period to ensure they fit the company culture.

4. Branding & Trucks

4.1 - Company Paint (Official Events): When attending official company convoys, you must drive a truck using the official CF Logistics Color Scheme.

4.2 - Company Paint (Freelance): When driving solo, you may use any truck or paint job you wish, provided it is not offensive.

4.3 - Modifications: Save-editing is allowed for customization (e.g., local mods) as long as it does not cause lag or crashes for other players in multiplayer.
