Core Behaviour — Community First
We’re a welcoming community focused on driving together and supporting each other. Casual swearing is fine, but abuse, harassment, or targeted insults are not tolerated. Do not post hateful, threatening, explicit, or unlawful content — violations may result in a permanent ban.

Mods, Tools and Identity
SaltireX skins must be used in official convoys. TrucksBook and Trucky are required for job logging and convoy participation. Discord is the main hub for announcements, discussions, and events.

Community Culture
Disputes are handled fairly, though staff may act immediately if needed. Friendly banter is welcome, but abusive behaviour is not. Driver of the Month rewards active members, and staff roles may be available after probation.

Activity and Participation
Convoys are not mandatory but strongly encouraged to help build community spirit. We do however want drivers to be active in Discord text chats and discussions.
New drivers complete a 2-week probation period to show activity before becoming full members.

Members are expected to stay active by logging miles, joining convoys, or engaging in Discord. After 30 days of inactivity, a reminder will be sent. Accounts may be removed after 60 days of continued inactivity.
