Diamond Logistics — Official Company Rules
1. Professional Conduct
Drivers must treat other players with respect at all times.
No harassment, trolling, discrimination, or toxic behavior.
Represent Diamond Logistics positively in public sessions.
2. Driving Rules
Follow all traffic laws unless directed otherwise by convoy leadership.
No reckless driving, intentional ramming, brake-checking, or blocking roads.
Always use turn signals, headlights at night, and hazard lights when stopped.
3. Convoy Etiquette
Be on time for scheduled convoys.
Maintain proper following distance.
No overtaking unless authorized by a convoy leader.
Stick to assigned positions in the convoy lineup.
4. Communication
Follow leadership instructions (dispatchers, managers, founders).
During convoys, keep voice/chat clear of unrelated chatter.
Report incidents or issues to staff rather than escalating.
5. Job Standards
Deliver cargo on time and undamaged.
Avoid cancelling jobs mid-route unless unavoidable.
If using mods, ensure they do not conflict with company or server rules.
6. Vehicle Appearance
Company paint/livery must be used when requested.
Trailers must be appropriate for the job and company standards.
No unrealistic truck builds (e.g., 5000hp, neon ridiculous lights).
GPS route corrections must remain realistic (no teleporting).
7. Attendance & Activity
If inactive for more than X days (you choose), notify management.
Frequent no-shows for events may result in rank reduction or removal.
8. Safety & Realism
Use cruise control responsibly.
Avoid unnecessary sudden braking or lane switching.
Respect speed limits and weight regulations where applicable.
9. Mods & Software
No cheating, hacking, or exploiting game mechanics.
Only approved mods allowed in official convoys.
Any new mod suggestions must be reviewed by management.
10. Enforcement
1st offense: verbal/written warning
2nd offense: temporary suspension or activity probation
3rd offense: removal from Diamond Logistics
