APEX LOGISTICS — TRUCKBOOKS RULES & GUIDELINE
All drivers operating under Apex Logistics must use the official TruckBooks Client to record their delivery mileage and maintain accurate VTC company statistics.
1. CLIENT USAGE & LOGGING
Mandatory Client Running: You must launch and log into the TruckBooks Client before starting ETS2 or ATS for your jobs to record properly toward the VTC.
Profile Verification: Ensure your TruckBooks profile is linked to your correct Steam account and active Discord profile.
Automatic Logging: Do not manually edit or force-close client processes while delivering a load, as this causes corrupted or dropped telemetry logs.
2. SPEED LIMITS & REAL vs. RACE MILEAGE
To maintain top VTC rankings on the TruckBooks leaderboard, Apex Logistics prioritizes Real Mileage:
Real Speed Limit (Recommended):
ETS2: Stay under 90 km/h (55 mph).
ATS: Stay under 80 mph (128 km/h).
Jobs logged under these limits count toward our official VTC Real Mileage leaderboard rankings.
Race Mileage:
Any speed exceeding the Real Speed threshold automatically logs the job as Race Mileage.
Excessive race mileage without prior staff approval during casual free-roam may result in job invalidation.
3. FAIR PLAY & INTEGRITY
Zero Manipulation Policy: The use of speed hacks, telemetry modifiers, Save Editing for teleportation/instant delivery, or any third-party tools that alter distance or speed is strictly prohibited.
Log Audits: VTC Management regularly reviews individual job logs. Suspicious or impossible job logs (e.g., average speeds over 150 km/h or instant distance skips) will be deleted, and the driver will face a strike or ban.
No AFK Mileage: Leaving your truck running in-game unattended while idling or exploiting telemetry to accumulate fake time/distance is forbidden.
4. MONTHLY ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Distance: Drivers are required to log at least [e.g., 2,000 km / 1,500 miles] per month on TruckBooks to stay listed as an Active Driver.
Absence Exemption: If you cannot meet the monthly quota due to real-life commitments, submit an leave request in ✈️ #absence-log before the end of the month to protect your account from inactive removal.
