Thin Blue Line VTC – Company Rules
1. General Conduct

1.1. Treat all members, staff, and other road users with respect and professionalism.
1.2. Follow all TruckersMP and ProMods rules at all times.
1.3. Keep all communication in chat, Discord, and voice channels polite and respectful — harassment, hate speech, or discrimination will not be tolerated.
1.4. Represent Thin Blue Line VTC positively in public spaces, convoys, and on social platforms.

2. Driving Standards

2.1. Always follow in-game traffic laws including speed limits, road signs, and signals.
2.2. Maintain safe driving distances and avoid reckless driving such as ramming, blocking, or unsafe overtaking.
2.3. Use headlights, beacons, and horns responsibly.
2.4. Keep your truck and trailer in good visual condition (no unrealistic mods during official operations).
2.5. When in company-organized events, maintain proper spacing and follow instructions for speed and lane discipline.

3. Activity and Mileage

3.1. Drivers must achieve a minimum of 5,000 miles (8,000 km) per month.
3.2. All jobs must be logged through the company’s tracking system to count toward monthly mileage.
3.3. Extended inactivity (over 30 days) must be reported to management to avoid removal.
3.4. Consistent top performers will be recognized each month.

4. Membership

4.1. Members must be at least 16 years old.
4.2. A TruckersMP account in good standing (no major bans in the last 3 months) is required.
4.3. Members must join and remain active in the company Discord server.
4.4. Drivers must use the company tag and approved livery during official drives or events.

5. Communication and Reporting

5.1. Use company communication channels in a respectful and professional manner.
5.2. Report any incidents, such as crashes or rule violations, to staff with evidence (screenshots or video) where possible.
5.3. Avoid arguments or retaliatory actions; allow staff to handle disputes.

6. Safety and Compliance

6.1. The use of hacks, cheats, or prohibited mods is strictly forbidden.
6.2. Follow TruckersMP speed limits and avoid excessive speeding in populated areas.
6.3. Avoid intentional blocking, ramming, or disruptive behavior.
6.4. Impersonating staff or members of other VTCs is prohibited.

Enforcement

Violations of these rules may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or removal from Thin Blue Line VTC.
Severe breaches of TruckersMP or ProMods rules will lead to immediate dismissal.
