## **Company Rules – Shinkai Exports**
### **1. General Conduct**
* Always follow **TruckersMP rules** and European traffic laws.
* No reckless driving, trolling, or blocking.
* Treat all drivers with respect, whether members or non-members.
### **2. Company Identity**
* Use the company tag `Shinkai Exports` or `Shinkai Exp.` during official convoys and events.
* Trucks should look professional; company paint schemes may be required for convoys.
* Japanese or American cargo is preferred in convoys.
### **3. Convoys & Driving**
* Follow convoy rules: speed limits, spacing, and overtaking.
* Communication during convoys is via **Discord voice** or **CB radio (CH 14)**.
* Drive realistically – no racing, sudden braking, or ramming.
### **4. Community Behavior**
* Official languages are **Japanese** and **English** – please use them in company chats.
* No harassment, hate speech, or toxic behavior.
* Follow instructions from staff during events.
### **5. Activity**
* Participate in company convoys or Discord at least once every **two weeks**.
* Inform staff in advance if you will be inactive for a longer period.
### **6. Discipline**
* Breaking TMP rules or company rules may result in **warning, suspension, or removal** from Shinkai Exports.
