1. Professional Conduct
All members must act professionally in-game, on Discord, and during convoys.
Harassment, racism, or toxic behavior will result in immediate removal.
Respect all staff and fellow drivers. Commands during convoys are to be followed without argument.
2. Attendance & Activity
Members are expected to attend at least 1 convoy per week.
Inactivity longer than 2 weeks without notice may lead to removal.
Notify staff in advance if you can’t attend scheduled events.
3. Driving Standards
Follow road rules unless convoy rules specify otherwise.
No intentional collisions, griefing, or reckless driving that endangers the team.
Keep your truck clean and professional in appearance (no offensive skins).
4. Communication
Use Discord and in-game chat responsibly.
Callouts during convoys must be clear and concise.
English is the primary language for all official communications.
5. Recruitment & Progression
New members join as Recruits. Promotion requires activity, teamwork, and reliability.
Staff decisions on promotions, warnings, or bans are final.
6. Teamwork & Convoys
Members must participate in official convoys when able.
Maintain formation, spacing, and convoy protocol.
Help new members learn routes and convoy rules—mentorship is expected.
7. Consequences
Minor infractions: warning or temporary suspension.
Major infractions: immediate demotion or removal.
Appeals are handled only via staff review on Discord.
