Professionalism
Represent Killmer Transport Group professionally at all times. Treat other drivers with respect and avoid behaviour that damages the company's reputation.

Safe Driving
Drive responsibly and realistically. Avoid reckless driving, excessive speeding, intentional collisions or blocking roads.

Respect
Treat all members equally. Harassment, discrimination, toxicity and unnecessary drama are not tolerated.

Activity
Members should remain reasonably active. If you're taking an extended break, simply let management know.

Convoys
When participating in company convoys:

- Follow convoy control instructions.
- Maintain safe spacing.
- No overtaking unless instructed.
- Arrive prepared and on time.

Teamwork
Help fellow drivers whenever possible. We're a company built on cooperation rather than competition.

Communication
Use common sense in company chat and voice channels. Keep communication respectful and constructive.

Integrity
Cheating, exploiting, save editing or any behaviour that undermines fair play is prohibited.

Common Sense
Not every situation requires a written rule. Use good judgement and remember you're representing Killmer Transport Group.
