BlackLine Logistics – Code of Conduct & Operational Rules
At BlackLine Logistics, we strive to maintain a high standard of professionalism, teamwork, and integrity. By joining our Virtual Trucking Company, all members agree to adhere to the following rules and expectations:
1. Conduct & Professionalism
Treat all members, partners, and the wider community with respect and courtesy.
Discrimination, harassment, toxic behavior, or inflammatory language will not be tolerated.
As a representative of BlackLine Logistics, maintain a professional attitude both in-game and on external platforms (e.g., TMP, Discord, TrucksBook).
2. Driving Standards
Adhere to realistic and safe driving practices during all official events, convoys, and while driving under the BlackLine tag.
Reckless driving, intentional ramming, trolling, or use of exploits is strictly prohibited.
Always comply with TruckersMP rules and the laws of the road in the simulator environment.
3. Activity & Participation
Members are expected to remain reasonably active. Prolonged inactivity without notice may result in removal.
All deliveries should be logged via TrucksBook to contribute to company performance.
Notify a staff member if you intend to take a break or leave temporarily.
4. Convoy & Event Regulations
Attend scheduled convoys on time and follow instructions from the Convoy Leader or Event Team.
Maintain convoy formation; overtaking or cutting in is only permitted if authorized.
Use appropriate truck setups as instructed (paint jobs, trailers, configurations, etc.).
5. Communication & Platforms
Discord is mandatory for communication and event coordination.
Use voice channels during events if possible for smooth operation.
Keep discussions in all channels appropriate, respectful, and on-topic.
6. Tag, Branding & Identity
Use the designated VTC tag ([BL], BlackLine, etc.) when driving under company colors.
Do not impersonate staff or misuse company branding or logos.
Any public-facing actions that damage the reputation of BlackLine Logistics may result in removal.
7. Modifications & Tools
Use only approved and allowed modifications. Prohibited tools, including hacks, speed mods, or telemetry abuse, are not tolerated.
Ensure your setup does not disrupt convoy operations or game stability for others.
8. Disciplinary Action
Breaches of these rules may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent removal from the VTC depending on severity.
Repeated offenses or gross misconduct may result in immediate expulsion.
