To maintain a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all members, the following rules must be followed at all times:

General Conduct
1. Respect Everyone
Treat all members, staff, and external drivers with kindness and professionalism.
2. No Discrimination or Hate Speech
We do not tolerate racism, sexism, homophobia, hate speech, or any discriminatory behavior.
3. No Bullying or Harassment
Harassment, threats, or intimidation of any kind will result in removal from the VTC.
4. Keep It Neutral
Avoid political discussions or controversial topics that could create division within the community.
5. Language
Profanity and offensive language are not allowed in any official YDS LTD spaces.

Activity & Participation
6. Stay Active
Drivers are expected to participate in convoys, events, and discussions regularly.
7. Use the Job Logging System
All jobs must be logged accurately through our official system.
8. Notify If Inactive
If you’re going to be inactive for an extended period, let the staff know in advance.

Requirements & Compliance
9. Follow TruckersMP & Discord Rules
You must abide by all official TruckersMP rules and Discord’s community guidelines.
10. Age Requirement
Members must be 17 years or older to join.
11. One VTC Policy
You may not be part of another VTC while with YDS LTD.
12. No Active Bans on TruckersMP
If previous bans exist, proof of their expiration may be required.
13. Ban Limit
Members with 3 or more bans within a 12-month period will not be accepted or may be removed.

In-Game Behavior
14. Respect the Roads
Drive professionally and responsibly in both public and company convoys.
15. Follow Convoy Rules
When driving in groups, all convoy rules must be followed strictly.
16. Use of Voice Chat
A working microphone is required during recruitment and encouraged during convoys.
