• Zero Tolerance for Impairment: The use of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any impairing substance is strictly prohibited while on duty, operating company equipment, or representing the company. Any violation will result in immediate termination and reporting to authorities.

• Safety First – Always: All drivers and personnel must follow every FMCSA, DOT, PHMSA, and company safety protocol without exception. Shortcuts or deviations are not permitted.

• No Cell Phone Use While Driving: Hands-free or handheld device use is strictly forbidden while the vehicle is in motion. Violations will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

• Accurate Documentation and Logging: All logs, bills of lading, inspection reports, and hours-of-service records must be complete, truthful, and submitted in real time. Falsification of any document is grounds for immediate termination.

• Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance: Drivers are responsible for performing and documenting pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections. Any mechanical issues must be reported immediately. Operating unsafe equipment is prohibited.

• Speed and Traffic Compliance: Drivers must obey all posted speed limits, traffic laws, and company speed policies at all times (5mph Under Posted Speed Limit). Excessive speeding or reckless driving will not be tolerated.

• No Unauthorized Passengers or Cargo: Only authorized personnel and approved loads may be transported. Unauthorized riders or cargo are strictly forbidden.

• Professional Conduct: Harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior toward customers, coworkers, or the public will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination.

• Attendance and Reliability: Drivers must report for duty on time and prepared
