Joining: To join the VTC, members must have an active game profile with a clean driving record.
Active Participation: Members are expected to participate in VTC activities, including convoys, job runs, and events. Inactivity for more than 30 days without notification may result in suspension or removal.
Multiple VTCs: Members are allowed to belong to only one VTC at a time. Dual membership is prohibited unless otherwise stated by the VTC leadership.
3. Gameplay Standards

Driving Behavior: Maintain safe speeds, obey traffic laws, and avoid reckless driving. Always park in a realistic manner and avoid obstructing traffic or roads. Avoid driving under the influence of “mods” that alter core gameplay to the point of disrupting realism (e.g., excessive speed or unrealistic vehicle mods).
Truck & Trailer Customization: Customizations should be aesthetically pleasing and not overly exaggerated. Trucks should adhere to the VTC's preferred style (if any). Ensure that all vehicles are roadworthy and follow the standards set by the company (e.g., appropriate truck skins, proper trailer load, etc.).
4. Convoy Participation
Convoy Etiquette: All members are encouraged to participate in scheduled convoys. Members must arrive on time and follow the convoy leader’s instructions.
Communication During Convoys: Use the designated VTC communication channel (e.g., Discord voice chat) for convoy communication. Do not spam or disrupt the conversation.
Convoy Speed and Spacing: Maintain proper convoy distance (as specified by the convoy leader) and do not overtake unless directed to do so.
