Company Structure and Roles

• Owner/CEO: Manages the overall company, responsible for decision-making and recruitment.
• Managers/Dispatchers: Assign loads to drivers, review delivery logs, and handle promotions or issues.
• Senior Drivers: Experienced drivers who assist in training new recruits, offering tips, and maintaining company standards.
• Drivers: Core team members responsible for delivering loads per company guidelines.

Driver Requirements

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 (or set a reasonable age) and have parental consent if under 18.
• Game Ownership: Own a legitimate copy of American Truck Simulator and have a TruckersMP account (if multiplayer).
• Mods: Follow company-approved mod list; any unapproved mods must be removed before joining.
• Mic and Communication Tools: Required to have Discord (or another communication platform used by the company) and a microphone for communication during multiplayer runs.

Joining and Probation

• Application Process: Drivers must complete an application that covers driving experience, preferred routes, and availability.
• Probationary Period: New drivers start with a probation period (e.g., 2 weeks) to assess compatibility and rule adherence.
• Mentorship Program: New drivers may be paired with Senior Drivers for their first few runs to ensure they understand company protocols.

Driver Responsibilities and Expectations

• Delivery Timeliness: Aim to complete deliveries on time; repeated late deliveries may result in warnings.
• Log Submissions: Accurately log all deliveries (see Section 6).
• Equipment Care: Ensure vehicles are serviced regularly, with no major damage; excessive wear or damage must be logged.
• Attendance: Attend at least one scheduled convoy per week. Inform management in advance if unable to attend.
• Behavior: Maintain professionalism in-game, on Discord, and within the TruckersMP community.

Code of Conduct

• Respectful Behavior: Show respect to all players, regardless of their company affiliation.
• No Reckless Driving: Follow in-game traffic laws; reckless behavior (speeding, ramming, blocking) is grounds for suspension.
• Communication Protocol: Keep language polite and avoid conflicts; report issues through company channels.
• Honesty in Logs: Falsifying delivery records, speeds, or miles can lead to disciplinary action or dismissal.
• Representation: Remember that your behavior reflects on the company; strive to maintain a positive reputation.

Logging and Reporting Deliveries

• Log System: Drivers must log each delivery using the company’s tracking system (such as Trucksbook, VTLog, or a shared Google Sheet).
• Log Details: Each log entry must include:
• Load type and cargo weight
• Starting point and destination
• Distance covered (miles or km)
• Fuel used (if tracked)
• Time taken for delivery
• Any issues encountered (e.g., accidents, fines)
• Verification: Managers may periodically review logs and verify distances/times with TruckersMP logs or system logs.
• Log Deadlines: Logs should be submitted within 24 hours of completing a delivery.
Convoys and Events

• Convoy Scheduling: Convoys will be scheduled weekly, with the time posted on Discord or the company calendar.
• Required Convoy Attendance: Drivers are expected to attend at least one convoy per month.
• Convoy Conduct:
• Speed Limits: Maintain convoy speed (set by the lead driver) and keep a safe following distance.
• Formation: Keep a steady formation and avoid overtaking unless instructed by the convoy leader.
• Communication: All drivers must be on Discord during the convoy for real-time instructions.
• Special Events: Participate in events like charity convoys, endurance runs, or competitions to earn bonuses.

Safety Protocols and Emergency Procedures

• Accidents: Report accidents immediately in the company Discord, specifying location and damage incurred.
• Breakdowns: Pull off the road and notify the dispatcher; if unable to continue, arrange for a tow or repair as needed.
• Emergency Stops: Use hazard lights and notify the convoy leader or nearest driver.

Performance Tracking and Rewards

• Monthly Performance Reviews: Each month, drivers receive a summary report covering:
• Total distance driven
• Delivery accuracy (on-time, undamaged)
• Attendance at convoys
• Feedback from senior drivers
• Driver Rewards:
• Bonuses: Top drivers (based on miles, logs, or convoy attendance) may earn virtual bonuses.
• Promotions: Consistent performance can lead to promotions to Senior Driver or Manager positions.
• Penalties: Late deliveries, reckless driving, or code of conduct violations may result in:

Disciplinary Procedures
