Jugo Transport Recruitment Requirements
1. Age Requirement
Minimum Age: All applicants must be at least 16 years old to join Jugo Transport.
2. TruckersMP Account
Valid Account: Applicants must have a TruckersMP account in good standing, with no bans or violations within the past 3 months.
3. Experience
Driving Hours: A minimum of 50 hours of experience in Euro Truck Simulator 2 or American Truck Simulator is required.
Proficiency in Trucking: Drivers should be familiar with in-game traffic rules, truck controls, and general logistics.
4. Equipment
PC Setup: Applicants must have a capable PC that can run Euro Truck Simulator 2 or American Truck Simulator smoothly during multiplayer sessions.
Headset & Microphone: All drivers must have a functional headset and microphone for communication via Discord during convoys and events.
5. Communication Skills
Language Proficiency: A working knowledge of English (basic communication skills) is required. Croatian is also accepted and encouraged.
Discord: All members must have Discord installed and be active in the company’s communication channels for announcements, convoy information, and support.
6. Convoy Participation
Event Attendance: Members are expected to participate in at least one convoy per month. Consistent absence without notice could result in removal from the company.
7. Clean Driving Record
TruckersMP Record: Applicants should have a clean driving record, with no major accidents or reckless driving reports in the past 3 months.
8. Professionalism
Behavior: Applicants should demonstrate maturity, professionalism, and the ability to work within a team. Respectful behavior toward fellow drivers and the TruckersMP community is mandatory.
