# Company Rules and Drivers policy
# 1. Employment and Resignation Terms
* Probation Period: New employees cannot leave the company within their first 3 months of joining.
* Resignation Notice: After the first 3 months, drivers must provide a strict 60-day notice before leaving the company.
# 2. Mileage Requirements and Bonuses
* Convoy Requirement:Drivers must complete a minimum of 10,000 km per month to be eligible to participate in company convoys.
* Monthly Target:The standard monthly target for all drivers is strictly 25,000 km per month.
* Bonus: Any distance driven over 25,000 km in a month qualifies for a performance bonus.
# 3. Speed Limit and Monitoring
* Official Speed Limit: Drivers must stick to 90 km/h for safety and efficiency.
* Tolerance:A maximum speed of up to 95 km/h is tolerated, but strictly never exceed 100 km/h.
* Tracking: All trips are monitored weekly via GPS tracking and Trucksbook logbooks.
4. Speed Violations and Penalties
*mRacing Records: If a driver gets a racing record on more than 3 trips, they will receive a formal warning. Warnings reset and expire at the end of every month.
1st Speeding Offense:1 week convoy ban. The driver must recover the lost kilometers driving strictly at 90 km/h before receiving a formal warning.
2nd Speeding Offense: 2 week suspension from all company convoys and a formal serious warning notice.
Repeat Offenses: Ongoing violations will lead to permanent termination.

* Driver Academy: All new drivers must complete mandatory academy training covering speed compliance before driving.
* Incentives: Drivers who maintain a perfect, violation-free record for a full month will receive official company recognition.
